Question
What precaution should a driver take so as not to run out of energy on the road?
Answer
EVT Scooters feature an energy gauge on the dashboard. Pay attention to this as you would to your car's gas gauge to determine your battery charge level. For this LED gauge, green means fully charged, a persistent blinking yellow means you have less than 5 miles of battery charge left and red means get to an outlet SOON. Another warning feature includes a warning beep to warn you as you approach 10 percent of a battery charge level. The beep will become more frequent as you get to the ten percent level. Finally, when you notice a decrease in acceleration power and speed, it is time to recharge.
